Each home is as unique as the client, and we can help with all aspects of the remodel process. We take consideration of the client’s lifestyle and tastes and often incorporate kitchen islands. Islands can create a space that is a center for entertaining friends, having a family meeting, or just a great place to cook and hang out together. Islands can be much more than a place to prep food, a sink or cooktop:

  • Media area: A centrally located tablet computer can be placed in the kitchen for easy access to recipes or emails and social websites such as Facebook. Today many children do their homework at the island while Mom or Dad prepares a family meal.
  • Different working surface heights: Children may need a lower eating surface than an adult.
  • Selection of countertops: Visual impact, budget, cooking styles are just a few things to consider.
  • Appliances: Consider beverage coolers, drawer microwaves or ice machines.
  • Storage: Large deep full extension drawers are a great place for pots and pans.

We can design your home with our specialized architects and engineers or work from your completed drawings and designs. Connor Contracting can provide ASID certified interior designers to assist in making the colors and surfaces come together for an award winning look.

After the design is completed and construction can begin, we provide a written construction schedule to the client. We pride ourselves on visiting each build site every day as well as scheduled progress meetings with the clients. Our personal touch and caring attitude keeps relationships strong long after the construction is completed.

CUSTOM DECKS

Connor Contracting is a full service General Contracting company that is well versed in structural framing as well as trim carpentry. Our own craftsmen are trained in the particulars of composite decking materials. We specialize in and are certified by serval composite decking manufacturing such as Trex, TimberTeck, ChoiceDek and others. No deck is too small or large. For your larger or more complex or commerical projects Connor Contracting offers consulting, design and architectural services and structural engineering when needed.
