We met Kyle when he was working for Connor Contracting during our first remodel in 2018. We met again in 2023 during another remodel. This remodel wasn’t quite complete when Kyle took over the business, yet I received the same level of excellent service that I had become accustomed to. Every little detail was made perfect by Kyle himself before the job was considered complete.Kyle’s foreman, Henry, is a joy to have come into my home, and made sure that we were happy with the work each day before he left. He couldn’t be more personable or skilled.Jonelle, the designer who works with Kyle, had the best eye for helping us choose the designs that would most complement our home. 3 years later and we are still in love with our cabinet, hardware, paint, carpet, and tile choices.We have more remodeling to do, and when we are ready, Covenant Contracting will be our first and only call.

We hired Covenant Contracting to complete a kitchen refresh at our home. Kyle’s schedule was very accurate and the project was completed on time. The budget was also accurate, except for the price of the slabs (which was beyond his control) His employees were professional and considerate to keep the house clean as we were living here. They even left us a sink to use up until the last week of the project. All of the subcontractors were great and put a great deal of thought into the project. They were excellent at communicating with us whenever a question came up. We had an island that needed to be re-shaped and the cabinet maker was able to match our 20 year old maple cabinets perfectly. We would definitely recommend Covenant for any remodeling project.

We recently hired Covenant Contracting for a major renovation of our home in Scottsdale, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! The project included opening up our floor plan by removing walls, installing new windows, new kitchen, adding engineered wood flooring, and creating a new master bath.
From day one, the team was awesome to work with—super friendly, professional, communicative, and detail-oriented. They managed every step and kept to the schedule that they gave us at the start of the project which was particularly impressive considering the scale of the renovation. Throughout the project they kept us informed with photos and emails of the progress because we were not in AZ during the work.
